Job DescriptionJob Description

Do you love making people happy? We’re looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to deliver impeccable hospitality to our guests This role is for a natural-born leader who would enjoy managing our food and beverage staff and creating world-class experiences.

Compensation:

$23 - $25 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Take the lead on bartending Thursday-Sunday in high Summer and Winter Seasons
  • Development of a food service menu and seasonally rotating bar/cocktail menu in collaboration with the General Manager, existing team members in F & B, and Lark's F & B Beverage Director
  • Inventory and Ordering for supplies, food, mixers, liquor, wine, beer, and garnishes
  • Supervisory Management of Staff in F & B Department
  • Management of Staff working in F & B for events
  • Training New Staff on the bar service and line cooking
  • Keeping track of DLL certifications for staff who are serving
  • Keeping in line with budget constraints in the F & B department
  • Leading bar service for events and weddings
  • Working with POS Light Speed
Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a supervisory capacity
  • Experience with menu development
  • Experience with financials, ordering, inventory, and budgeting preferred
