Summary

Takes food and beverage orders by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Greets and welcomes guests.
  • Takes orders from guests for food and beverage items.
  • Makes coffee drinks.
  • Suggests menu items and substitutions for items not available.
  • Answers questions regarding food or service.
  • Uses point of sale system and/or cash register to collect payment and record transactions.
  • Serves alcoholic beverages to guests.
