We are looking for a Night Auditor to join our team. This full-time position would work the 11pm-7am shift.Summary
Balances all revenue and settlement accounts nightly; Makes corrections and adjustments as needed; Answers main switchboard and handles all guest requests during the overnight shift. Generates audit and management reports and distributes to appropriate management staff daily; checks guests in and out as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Audits all hotel revenues nightly- rooms and food and beverage
- Posts and transmits all revenue accounts
- Balances revenues and makes adjustments as necessary
- Resolves any guests requests, issues, and complaints
- Answers main switchboard and transfers calls or takes messages as appropriate
- Checks guests in and out as needed
- Prints management and audit reports and distributes to appropriate management staff
- Reset computer system for the next day's operations
- Works with security staff to resolve any guest or employee issues during the overnight shift
- Maintains guest confidentiality
