YOUR LIFE AS A CONSTRUCTION INTERN / GLASS INSTALLATION ESTIMATOR
This entry-level position is a 6-month internship with shifts from Monday-Friday.
In this entry-level position, you are gaining the skills to launch a stable and lucrative career Under the guidance of our skilled professionals, you learn the ins and outs of the estimation business. A quick learner with a curious mind, you enjoy analyzing blueprints and documents to gain a thorough understanding of our projects. You are taught to approach jobs analytically, determining how various factors of production will influence total costs. With careful attention to detail, you prepare accurate labor and material estimates.
Our professional estimation team provides mentorship as you make connections and develop productive work relationships with vendors and contractors. You manage bids, using bid data to prepare a detailed cost analysis for each job. You're excited to gain valuable experience in presenting prepared estimates to management and stakeholders. As our projects progress, you have the responsibility of compiling and recording actual costs. You love learning new things each day, and you're glad you decided to advance your career with this paid internship
