Location: Huntsville, AL (Hybrid)

Canvas is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support our Corporate office Canvas provides engineering services and technical solutions for customers in federal and commercial markets. Duties:

  • Provide support for the preparation of contractual provisions and the administration of contract awards, and modifications.
  • Planning and managing the progression of the contracts.
  • Manages day-to-day administration of contracts and subcontracts.
  • Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
  • Establish and maintain complete, well-organized contract files.
  • Creating and analyzing funding documents.
  • Coordinating/attending meetings with staff sections to establish requirements.
  • Research and analysis to determine modifications required for current contracts.
  • Liaison between COR and contract customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of contracts experience working with Government contracts.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, strong commitment to customer service, and ability to plan and manage multiple tasks.
