Sales Lead

Position Overview: As the Sales Lead for our Rumble studio, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for leading our sales team, working directly with the GM of the studio, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service to enhance the overall member experience. This role requires a passion for fitness, exceptional sales skills, and leadership abilities to motivate and guide the sales team towards achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Lead the sales team by example, demonstrating effective sales techniques, and providing guidance and support.
- Set clear sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them, both individually and as a team.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and implement training initiatives.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities and areas for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and personalized attention.
- Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their fitness goals and recommend appropriate membership packages.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into paying members, utilizing effective sales techniques and persuasion strategies.
Team Development and Training:
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales staff, helping them to continuously improve their sales techniques and performance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to support their professional development and growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the fitness industry or related field.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and team members.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of fitness principles and a passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of the business.
