Public Relations Coordinator

Allentown, PA 

Phoebe Ministries is hiring a Full-time Public Relations Coordinator to join our long-term care facility in Allentown, PA.

Responsibilities for a Public Relations Coordinator with Phoebe Allentown:

Promotes and maintains a positive image of Phoebe Ministries by adhering to brand guidelines; creates and facilitates consistent Phoebe-focused narratives and storytelling for external community promotion and internal employee knowledge and understanding; coordinates messaging with interdisciplinary teams, outside advisors, and with Phoebe supervisors and leadership; cultivates relationships with internal and external partners; interacts with the media both on- and off-camera; responds to press requests and inquiries from the public in a timely and professional manner; reports pertinent information to the marketing manager.
   

Requirements for a Public Relations Coordinator with Phoebe Allentown:

  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in related positions normally required.
  • B.S. or B.A. degree in Communications or Public Relations.
  • Desktop publishing and editing skills preferred, but not required.
  • Successful candidates are those who thrive in a positive and respectful Customer Driven Culture and exemplify the organization’s Faith in Action Mission, Vision, and Values.
