REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - MID-ATLANTIC

My client is a rapidly growing security manufacture of cutting-edge access control and intrusion products looking to hire an RSM to cover the Mid-Atlantic Region (DE, MD, VA, WV). Remote base role and expected travel 50% of the time.

Requirements & Responsibilities

  • 3+ years of sales experience with access control and locking solutions..
  • Expand relationships between distributors, channel partners, integrators, consultants, and end-users.
  • Tech Savvy with a proven and verifiable track record of successful access control security sales.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with self-motivated drive to hit sales goals.

Salary and Benefits

  • Base salary of $85K -$90K plus commissions targeting a first year OTE plan $150K. (Uncapped Commission Structure)
  • Full benefits package.
