Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a minimum of three years of experience in Employment Law to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist Human Resources and attorneys in various legal tasks and provide support in legal research, drafting documents, and case preparation.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on various topics as assigned - Assist in drafting legal documents such as briefs, demand letters, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and agreements - Interview employee and witnesses to gather case information
- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and compliance with legal procedures
- Maintain organized case files and documentation 
- Communicate with C-level, management, staff, witnesses, and court personnel professionally
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice area

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field - preferred
- Proven experience working as a Paralegal in an Employment Law setting
