Stillman Law Office is a collections law firm headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan, specializing in creditor representation and handling non-legal claims throughout the United States. As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining compliance, we are seeking an additional Mailroom Team Member to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of administrative and office support activities to ensure efficient operations within the department.
  • Process inbound materials and mail from courts, attorneys, clients, and other sources, distributing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Handle the delivery and pick-up of packages and mail to locations such as the post office, bank, or other relevant destinations.
  • Maintain and monitor the postage machine, ensuring it is updated and functioning properly.
  • Keep track of and manage all supplies within the mailroom.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to meet both Firm and individual goals while adhering to ethical consumer interaction practices.
  • Work effectively in a team environment while maintaining a high level of personal excellence.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
Experience:
  • Mail sorting: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Mailroom equipment: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
