Position Overview:

The Vice President of Aftermarket Parts and Services will lead the strategic and operational aspects of the aftermarket parts and services division within Terrasource Global aftermarket sector, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in aftermarket services, a strong background in industrial equipment, and a proven track record in leading teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the aftermarket parts and services division that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. Identify growth opportunities and areas for service innovation.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through the strategic sale of aftermarket parts and the expansion of service offerings. Implement pricing strategies, promotions, and customer loyalty programs to enhance sales performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of the aftermarket parts and service operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Implement best practices in inventory management, logistics, service delivery, and customer support.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and ensure their needs are met through exceptional service and support. Implement mechanisms to gather customer feedback and incorporate insights into service improvement initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and motivate a global team of professionals in the aftermarket parts and services division. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer requirements to adapt and innovate the company's aftermarket offerings accordingly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Manufacturing, to ensure a cohesive approach to meeting customer needs and driving business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience in the industrial equipment sector, with at least 10 years in a leadership role related to aftermarket parts and services.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and operational improvement in the aftermarket sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of industrial equipment, parts, and service requirements.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams across multiple geographies.
  • Exceptional customer relationship management skills, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a proven track record of achieving business objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Travel Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required by the business (estimated at 50%).
