Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the installation of a broad array of aftermarket automotive accessories, such as audio systems, navigation units, lighting enhancements, suspension upgrades, and both interior and exterior modifications.
- Perform detailed inspections of vehicles prior to and following installations to guarantee superior craftsmanship and adherence to safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of accessories, tools, and equipment, promptly notifying management of any restocking needs.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in the automotive accessory industry, participating in training sessions to refine technical skills and knowledge.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent technical training or certification from an accredited vocational institution is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in aftermarket accessory installation within the automotive sector.
- Proficient in the use of various hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
