Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Responds resourcefully to customer requests and concerns
  • Processes accurate and efficient sale and return transactions
  • Understands and utilizes basic selling skills to properly engage and present solutions to our customers
  • Leverage marketing and sales tools to create a pipeline of potential customers
  • Cultivate and develop strong relationships across departments and with team members
  • Collect and organize all team manifests

Qualifications of the Customer Service Specialist Position:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate's or Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is encouraged
  • 1-2 years experience in a customer-facing role such as hospitality, retail, education, medical, etc. is preferred
  • Appetite for problem-solving and assisting others
  • Friendly and professional communication skills
