Your day as a Rental Counter Coordinator

As a Rental Counter Coordinator at Rexco Equipment, Inc, you will be at the forefront of building and maintaining relationships with our valued customers, ensuring they choose us over competitors for their equipment rental needs. Your role will involve handling paperwork efficiently, dispatching our drivers, and participating in strategic planning to drive rental sales growth. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to organize rental inventory, take part in inventory audits, and assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.

What you need to be successful

To excel as a Rental Counter Coordinator at Rexco Equipment, Inc, having strong interpersonal skills is key. You should be adept at building relationships with customers, have excellent communication skills, and be a team player. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools is essential, while prior experience with construction equipment is highly advantageous.

The ability to handle paperwork accurately and efficiently, understand financial data, and participate in strategic planning are also vital skills for success in this role.
