These positions serve as a Realty Specialist for the Color Country District or Green River District.
Provides information and assistance to the public concerning the Bureau's lands program and its operation.

Prepares documents such as rights-of-way grants, Recreation and Public Purposes actions, land acquisition and disposal, and land use permits, including stipulations and maps.

Prepares environmental documents on all types and complexities of realty casework.

Conducts on-site compliance inspections for all types of realty actions and activities to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.

Coordinates assigned realty actions with other agencies and governments, as necessary.
Calculates and determines realty and lands cost recovery, rental, monitoring fees, and bonds.
Prepares responses to routine and non-controversial inquiries concerning use, occupancy, disposal, and other actions on public land.

Leads the Realty Program in all interactions with the public regarding realty matters on public land including inquiries regarding laws, regulations, and agency policies.
