ANPI has an immediate opening for a Business Assistant (Admin) to join our team. We are seeking a friendly, reliable individual with an attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.


Coordinates various administrative functions to maintain a pleasant, efficient and organized office environment.

  • Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks ensuring organizational effectiveness
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • General office management duties and responsibilities include scheduling, ordering office supplies, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to employees, filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as directed by management
  • Primary receptionist for the organization, answering general questions and providing information to visitors, vendors and the general public
  • Maintain records in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Assist with employee onboarding process for new hires
  • Planning and coordinating company events
Requirements:
  • High School or post-secondary education
  • Proven experience as an office manager or administrative assistant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products – Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and time management skills
  • Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments
