Essential duties and responsibilities
Are you passionate about finding and developing top talent? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Express Wash Concepts is seeking a dedicated Talent Coordinator to join our team and help us build a world-class workforce.
Your primary responsibility will be to support and facilitate the hiring processes across our wash locations. In this dynamic role, your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and sending to onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.
- Engage with passive job seekers, educating them on the advantages of joining Express Wash Concepts.
- Conduct phone screens and oversee the entire interview process, from sourcing to extending offers.
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs and other recruiting events.
- Conduct background checks and reference checks for potential hires.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
