Keller Williams Fairfax Gateway Market Center is one of our six Market centers collectively called The Virginia Alliance Group.


Are you ready to blend public relations, marketing, event management, client services, and administrative expertise into one dynamic role?


We're seeking an enthusiastic Market Center Coordinator to transform our newly renovated office space into a welcoming, efficient hub of activity for our great agents and new agents joining our MC. As an MCC, you'll be the heartbeat of our Market Center, ensuring top-notch agent services and seamless day-to-day operations while supporting our leadership team's objectives.

Compensation:

$16 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the face of our Market Center, handling - redirecting phone calls, greeting guests, managing the mail and mail box and orchestrating meetings, training and events regularly inside the MC and occasionally off-site.
  • Receive/track commission checks , log them and deposit them working in tandem with the Market Center Administrator(MCA) to ensure timely processing of checks.
  • Prepare and maintain our training room, conference room, and common areas to ensure smooth operations and exceptional experiences.
  • Spread positivity and warmth by greeting and offering assistance in any situation.
  • Collaborate with management to attract, recruit, hire, and retain top-notch agents, providing support throughout the onboarding process and beyond.
  • Engage and energize our agent community through daily phone calls, enticing them to attend training events and fostering a sense of enthusiasm.
  • Offer feedback and support to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of our Market Center's operations.
  • Drive marketing and communication efforts through digital platforms, social media, and internal channels, promoting classes, programs, events, and office activities.
  • Recognize and celebrate agent and office achievements through various marketing channels and in-person interactions.
  • Should be a brand ambassador of Keller Williams Culture and be willing to learn internal software platforms technology.
