Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Analyst at Harmon Brothers, you will play a crucial role in analyzing all digital marketing efforts and developing actionable strategies to enhance performance and maximize ROI. You will delve into data, draw insights, and translate complex findings into clear, actionable strategies that drive our clients' growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage tracking mechanisms across digital assets, including websites and mobile apps, to monitor events and conversions effectively.
  • Conduct thorough competitor analysis and market trend and research studies to inform strategic digital marketing decisions.
  • Analyze sales funnels, customer behavior, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Analyze all testing and/or campaign results and optimize for improvement based on goal KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and data models for clear presentation of insights to team members and clients, providing data-driven recommendations for growth.
  • Collaborate closely with all internal teams and maintain strong client relationships (when applicable) through regular reporting meetings and strategic discussions.
  • Monitor and report on key marketing KPIs, including leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses into ad accounts, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement to drive client success.
  • Stay abreast of new platforms, tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve our marketing strategies and execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst or similar role is preferred
  • Expertise in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau,), and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to process and interpret complex data sets and a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical employees and clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, with a drive for excellence and continuous learning.
