- Drive personal and office performance by achieving goals as set by the company and practice management
- Answer phone calls and inquiries with excellence, utilizing verbal and written communication skills through various channels
- Manage appointments, ensuring full schedules are maintained to optimize patient flow
- Greet customers promptly and warmly, creating a comfortable environment that sets the tone for a positive experience
- Present patients with necessary information and documentation, showcasing your commitment to transparency and service
- Enter customer demographic information into the Patient Management Software following established protocols
- Import all corresponding information into Patient Management Software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Follow established protocols for all procedures, ensuring consistency and quality of patient interactions and office operations
- Verify Insurance Eligibility, policy usage and limitations; Follow up with patients on benefits and insurance coverage as needed
- Assist in updating and maintaining customer dental records
- Follow-up and maintain contact with customers who are unscheduled for treatment to ensuring a healthy office schedule and fostering ongoing patient engagement
- Provide support to dentists and staff as needed
- Prevent the spread of infection and disease by maintaining a surgically clean work environment, contributing to the overall safety and well-being of patients and staff
- Embrace a flexible approach by handling miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
