Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Develop relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide customized solutions.
Sales Generation: Generate new business by prospecting and selling various insurance products to potential clients.
Policy Review: Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients have the coverage they need and provide recommendations for adjustments.
Customer Service: Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Networking: Participate in community events and networking opportunities to expand your client base and enhance agency visibility.
Continuous Development: Stay informed about insurance products, regulations, and industry trends to better serve clients and drive sales growth.
Requirements
Licensing: Will need to have or obtain a property and casualty license.Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in the insurance sector, is advantageous.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively with clients.Sales-Driven: A passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset.Local Presence: Residing in or willingness to relocate to South Saint Paul, Minnesota.Professionalism: Demonstrated professionalism in all interactions and a commitment to ethical business practices.
