As an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be expected to:
- Lead full life cycle high-volume recruitment, taking complete ownership of the recruiting process from job description development, candidate sourcing, to onboarding
- Expertly navigate stakeholder management and collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs to promptly fill vacancies
- Skillfully create exceptional candidate experiences by delivering exceptional customer service and prompt communication
- Foster outstanding candidate experiences through exceptional customer service and timely communication with candidates
- Drive process improvement in recruiting practices and tools to ensure efficient hiring operations
- Utilize your attention to detail in sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person), and evaluating their qualifications and fit for the organization
- Assist with various recruiting and HR projects across multiple functional areas, catering to both administrative tasks and strategic objectives
- Track and analyze recruiting data to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and revise continuous improvement efforts in the hiring process
- Exemplify a strong sense of urgency, consistently prioritizing tasks to ensure time-sensitive deliverables are met and driving forward the recruitment process with speed and efficiency
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in full life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, selection, offer, negotiation, and closing candidates
- Proficient in managing stakeholders and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, HRBPs, and candidates
- In-depth understanding of hiring concepts and the ability to identify and evaluate suitable candidates
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- High degree of personal integrity, with an ability to manage sensitive or confidential information
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple processes and priorities, while delivering assignments on time in a dynamic environment
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt in a small, hands-on HR team
- This is a hybrid position that requires you to work in-person from our Bloomington, MN offices 3 days/week
