Pay Rate: $28 - $30 / Hour

Job Responsibilities:

· Full-cycle AP and Purchase Order experience

· Experience processing within CostPoint

· Vendor maintenance

· Maintain AP inbox by responding to inquiries in a timely fashion

· Review outstanding checks and follow up with vendors to complete them

· Upload invoices, and review/submit non-PO and PO invoices for coding and approval

· Weekly check runs


Requirements:

· Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

· 3+ years of experience with full-cycle Accounts Payable

· MUST HAVE DELTEK COSTPOINT

· Excellent communication

· Excel
