This position is responsible for verifying and posting items to customer accounts in an accurate and timely manner including monitoring balances and statuses of accounts while ensuring accuracy and efficiency of daily processes to focus on exceeding customer expectations.

At least 1 year of relevant data processing experience preferred.

Essential Functions:

  • Audit delivery logs, communicate discovered discrepancies to appropriate teams, and facilitate the ship confirmation process.
  • Coordinate monthly and annual billing activities.
  • Reconcile and post daily payment files.
  • Process miscellaneous invoice entry and payment/credit apply programs and rental and service plan renewal programs daily.
  • Process returned checks and coordinate with the credit department for collection purposes.
  • Provide training and guidance to districts on the truck reconciliation process and assist in process completion.
  • Prepare and proof daily invoice file, month-end statement, budget, and installment invoicing files.
  • Prepare weekly refund check schedule and periodic stale-dated refund voids.
  • Maintain and coordinate system scheduler runs based on holiday and period month-end calendar.
  • Maintain functional knowledge of the Ship Confirm EDI console processing parameters.
  • Be receptive to and successfully complete other duties as assigned.
