SUMMARY of Position:

Responsible for assembling safety interlocked modules and all sub-assemblies, while under the general supervision of the production supervisor and department lead.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Capable of understanding basic hardware, its parts, and assembly
  • Use small hand tools, measuring tools and drill motors.
  • Build safety interlocked electrical outlets and related sub-assemblies on a production line.
  • Sustains 5S in workstations.
  • Practices ESL’s core values on a daily basis
  • Abide by all rules and regulations as set forth in your employee handbook.
  • Perform other duties/tasks as assigned.
  • Abide by all safety processes and procedures ESL has set forth

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 6+ months of general assembly experience or experience in using hand tools
