  • We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our team.
  • The successful candidate will assist in the onboarding of new employees and support project managers and others with various administrative tasks, particularly in SAP.
  • The role will involve responsibilities such as posting goods receipt, amending purchase requisitions, and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative processes.
  • Additionally, the role will involve submitting third-party purchase orders to support our field service organization, ensuring timely procurement of necessary resources and materials for project delivery.
  • The candidate will also be responsible for evaluating customer purchase orders, submitting project opening documents to accounting via Fletch work flows, and working with our customers to ensure proper compliance with SAP requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Support project managers with administrative tasks related to SAP, such as posting goods receipt and amending purchase requisitions.
  • Submit third-party purchase orders to support our field service organization, ensuring timely procurement of necessary resources and materials for project delivery.
  • Evaluate purchase orders and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Submit project opening documents via Fletch work flows to accounting for timely project setup and invoicing.
  • Work closely with our customers to ensure proper compliance with SAP requirements and facilitate smooth communication and documentation exchange.
