We help seniors downsize, organize their belongings, relocate to senior living and sell their cherished items left behind through our online estate auction platform. It's like a daily treasure hunt with a heartwarming twist We're not just offering a job – we're offering a chance to turn your knack for spotting valuables into a rewarding career that truly matters.


Seeking a flexible individual, work hours are during the day approx. 8am start till 4pm, on call - with a possible day off here and there, we are pretty busy. Great for retirees or others at home looking to get back into the workforce...DEFINITELY lead to full-time for the right individual.


We require a minimum 10 years in the workforce due to our clientele.

What We're Looking For:

  • Problem-solvers with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Physically capable individuals comfortable with standing, walking, lifting, and packing
  • Reliable transportation, high school diploma (or equivalent), and valid driver's license required
  • Experience in estate sales, auctions, or as an eBay reseller is a plus


What We Provide:

  • Competitive compensation: Starting at $18.50/hour for new team members, $20 - $22 hour or higher for experienced candidates

Compensation: $18.50 - $22 or more to Start hourly - More with INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the contents of a client's home to determine items suitable for donation, sale, or disposal
  • Organize and photograph household items for online auction listings
  • Safely pack and unpack belongings during the relocation process
  • Maintain punctual attendance with flexible scheduling
  • Manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing work conditions
  • Demonstrate stamina, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude while addressing challenges
  • Perform any additional duties as required
Qualifications:
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Understand Computer basics
  • Experience with engaging social media marketing is a Big Plus
  • Ability to interact with co-workers and function well in a team environment
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
