Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & People Development:
- Grow capable teams and leaders to execute plans and achieve results.
- Provide resources and direction for employees to excel.

ESSH:
- Ensure safety and environmental excellence, meeting regulatory and corporate requirements.
- Maintain superior safety and environmental performance through leading and lagging indicators.
Productivity & Quality Control:
- Ensure productive operations and continuous improvement through lean manufacturing.
- Develop manufacturing engineering capabilities to meet OEE targets.
- Implement quality control standards and meet business commitments.
Financial Controls:
- Understand manufacturing cost drivers and meet cost targets.
- Drive performance through the A2E process to optimize costs.
Team:
- Oversee manufacturing units at the Decatur site, including direct and indirect reports.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering preferred, with 8-10 years of Chemical Manufacturing experience, including five years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated knowledge in chemical processing fundamentals, including experience with electro-chemical processes.
Desired Certification:
- Six Sigma/Lean Certification preferred.

- In-depth knowledge of ESSH policies and regulations.
- Proficiency in finance management and lean/six sigma principles.
