What does the position require?

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute compelling visual designs for digital and print media, including but not limited to marketing materials, presentations, infographics, social media assets, and website content.
  • Translate concepts and ideas into impactful and cohesive designs that align with Axle Logistics' brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Create and maintain visually stunning and user-friendly website layouts, ensuring an engaging and seamless user experience.
  • Develop graphics, icons, and illustrations that enhance content and effectively communicate messages to target audiences.
  • Produce eye-catching visuals for social media campaigns, email marketing, and other digital platforms, consistently driving engagement and brand recognition.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and design best practices, infusing fresh and innovative ideas into our creative projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to brainstorm and design creative, high-quality branded merchandise.
  • Provide creative support in various design-related tasks, such as photo editing, image retouching, and layout adjustments.

 

What is Axle looking for?

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design, demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
  • Preferred experience in short-form video editing, bringing dynamic motion graphics and visual storytelling to our digital content.
  • Up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies, ensuring fresh and innovative design solutions.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and strong conceptual skills.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Excellent communication skills, both visual and verbal, to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
  • Experience in UI/UX design and web development is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry or a willingness to learn is beneficial.
