Marketing Coordinator

As a Marketing Coordinator for Applied Statistic & Management, Inc., you will play a crucial role in executing and supporting the company's marketing strategies. You will be responsible for coordinating and implementing various marketing initiatives, including content development, digital campaigns, events, and promotional activities. Your primary goal is to help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention. This is a hybrid position with a set, mandatory number of days working in our office in Temecula, CA. The remaining days are optional remote working days.
Successful candidates will be subject to a criminal background check.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure marketing activities are aligned with company goals
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media posts, brochures, presentations, and website content
- Work with the sales team to support lead generation and nurture campaigns, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up with prospects
- Coordinate events and trade shows, including marketing logistics and follow-up activities
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication of marketing activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with company goals and objectives
- Manage the company's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Assist with the creation and execution of customer retention campaigns and programs
- And any other duties as assigned
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite (e.g., Photoshop), and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot)
- Ability to analyze data and draw insights from it to inform marketing strategies
- Experience with graphic design and social media management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in the software industry
