Job Title: Scheduler - Intermediate
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Temecula, CA (onsite)
Contract Duration: Contracy until 03/17/2025
Work Hours: 8AM - 5PM
 

This position is NonExempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half. Bachelor's degree plus 2-4 years of related work experience.

  • Actively manage the scheduling of Production on a daily basis with operations. Work with the Supply Planner to ensure monthly build requirements are aligned with the monthly supply plan.
  • Coordinate daily and weekly meetings around production scheduling and measurement activities
  • Manage daily FG & sub-assembly scheduling activities with Operations.
  • Facilitate regular meeting with the operations and provide updates in regard to production lot availability and status.
  • Manage the daily manufacturing schedule performance of manufacturing lots. Carry out weekly MSP RCA analysis of production lot performance and introduce the monthly performance
  • Manage the routing exception-based reporting process ensuring all lots are moving from production to inventory
  • Liaize with the Supply planner regularly on Supply plan alignment, and correlate information around yield performance, capacity constraints, etc
  • Create cross department relationships with all relevant stakeholders to successfully create production schedules.
