Our role as the nation’s largest and most experienced Financial Management Service provider is to assist those eligible Medicaid recipients to choose and pay for their own support workers and services within their state-approved personalized budget. Duties & Responsibilities:
• Reviews and ensures that all fulfillment mail jobs are completed properly and timely.
• Logs, sorts, and delivers all incoming and interoffice mail.
• Monitors and reports on mailroom inventory
• Manages mail process for bulk mailings.
• Troubleshoots mailroom equipment malfunctions.
• Readily identifies potential barriers to timely fulfillment and takes necessary steps to report to supervisor or manager.
• Adheres to daily processing goals and metrics.
• Meets quality assurance standards as applicable to programs.
• Performs quality assurance on fulfillment work performed by the team.
• Assists in researching and resolving customer issues.
• Ability to prepare ad hoc reporting regarding fulfillment activities.
• Supports training for new staff.
• Creates cases utilizing our internal CRM system.
• Creates and maintains service request database.
• Assists with scanning of checks and other documents.
• Assists in processing verification and triage process for multiple programs.
• Manages support ticket bins to process fulfillment requests.
• Performs User Acceptance Testing as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
• Ability to interact positively and build rapport with coworkers and/or external contacts.
• Utilizes various software and databases including but not limited to: Portal, BPM, CRM, and other third-party vendor sites.
• High-energy, hands-on employee who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to grasp new concepts and ideas quickly.
• High aptitude for process assessment, improvement, and recommendation.
• Strong aptitude for working independently with little guidance as well as collaborating with others.
• Moderate experience with Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to navigate between multiple applications.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and multi-tasking capability.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 1+ years in a mailroom or office setting, preferably in a deadline-driven environment. Knowledge of state specific requirements to complete the fulfillment process is a plus.
