About Us:
Army Mechanics provides mobile repair services with exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers’ vehicles are running at their best. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and reliability, and we’re looking for a dedicated Office Manager to join our team. Our mobile mechanics team is working hard to provide exceptional service to a number of Amazon fleet vehicles. We have a high volume of repairs and we need someone who is detail-oriented to help coordinate.
Position: Office Manager
Primary Responsibilities:
- Invoicing services
- Coordinating mechanic schedules by building run sheets
- Ordering parts needed for services
- Maintaining accurate shop data
- Communicating with clients about vehicle repairs
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Drive, Docs)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills
Skills:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving abilities
- Customer service orientation
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus but not required
Working Hours: Flexible working hours.
Salary Range: Negotiable
