RESPONSIBILITIES

· maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality

· proactively seek process improvement to ensure high quality customer service

· perform customer service duties on an as-needed basis; in the case of a difficult transaction, during busy periods, and/or for training purposes

· supervise employees of the entire location or specific operational functions

· monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods

· assign employees to specific duties

· resolve customer issues and disputes on a timely basis

This description is not an all-inclusive description. Incumbent may be subject to additional tasks and responsibilities that management deems appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the Truck or Car rental industry or a comparable position. Have good supervisory and strong communication skills as well as have the ability to work under stressful and unusual situations in order to maintain good customer service.

Requirements:

· must be able to work a flexible schedule including day and/or evening hours

· weekend availability

· proven ability to meet and exceed goals

· exceptional interpersonal skills required

· 2-3 years of management experience

· must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents

· ability to pass drug and background screening

· previous rental industry experience and a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
