Your Role:

As an Account Data Specialist, you'll collaborate with sales and operations teams on new account documentation and orders, provide necessary reports, and set up and maintain both new and existing accounts. You'll handle daily account maintenance and updates, accurately process account closures, and manage customer route maintenance. Your responsibilities include maintaining records, managing pricing contracts, reviewing and setting up tax exemption forms, auditing accounts for errors, and processing exception billing. You'll also identify and develop process improvements, participate in peer training and special projects, and image new account paperwork.


What You Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize with high attention to detail.
  • Typing speed of 55 wpm with minimal errors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional integrity.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
