Bloom is the “Healthcare CFO’s AI Platform”.  Bloom’s solutions enable Healthcare C-suite to gain full glass box visibility, benchmarking, exception management and proactive optimization across multiple areas of healthcare finance.  Our revenue integrity solutions cover VBC Revenue Optimization, Risk Contracts Optimization and Healthcare Demand Optimization.  Our expense management solutions cover Workforce Optimization and Supply Optimization.  This role is focused on taking our Risk Optimization Engine to market. 

 

Sr Leader of Risk Solution Sales:  Bloom Value is looking for a Sales Leader with a proven track record in Healthcare Risk Solution sales, specifically with extensive experience in selling to Risk Bearing Organizations (including IPA’s, ACO’s, MSOs, Risk Contract Holders, MSSP’s, ACO Reach and other PMPM payment models). The Sales Leader will be responsible for the company’s sales and revenue plan and targets.  They will also have significant contributions leading Bloom’s business strategy. This role will shape our Offering Roadmap, GTM channels, Marketing Strategy and more. This role is targeting Management Service Organizations, IPAs, Medical Groups and Risk Bearing Organizations. 

 

Compensation:  The Sr Leader of Risk Sales will be compensated with cash and equity.   

  • Base Salary:   $150K - $250K / year 
  • Commission:  Industry standard sales commissions 
  • Equity: The equity stake offered will be tied to the ratio of base salary to commissions and the candidate’s performance.  Higher the base salary and higher the commissions, lower the equity. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop sales plan 
  • Drive sales pipeline 
  • Support lead generation efforts 
  • Close sales and achieve revenue targets 
  • Contribute to offering and product roadmap 
  • Develop partner channels 

 

Skills / Experience Required:  This role requires: 

  • Proven track record of risk technology solution sales. 
  • Proven track record selling into risk bearing organizations.  
  • Deep knowledge and network into the California (CA) risk market.  
  • Deep industry knowledge of IPA’s, Risk Contracts and Shared Savings Programs. 
  • Extensive knowledge of Medicare Advantage’s Risk Adjustments and HCCs. 
  • Deep knowledge of claims adjudication platforms (EZCap, QuickCap and other systems). 
  • Deep knowledge of all aspects of a Risk Bearing Organization and MSO’s. 
  • Proven capability to reach into IPA / Risk Bearing Organization / MSOs/ Medical Group CFO offices. 
  • 10+ Healthcare industry experience. 
  • Extensive knowledge of healthcare technology eco system.
