Qualifications:
1. Education and Experience: Typically, a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a
related field is required. Substantial experience (usually 10+ years) in engineering roles,
with progressive responsibilities and managing technical teams.
2. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in relevant engineering disciplines, tools, and software.
Candidate with full stack development with proficiency with ReactJS, Typescript, Node.js
would be preferred. Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
3. Leadership and Management Skills: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to
Motivate and inspire a team. Experience in managing and mentoring engineers,
providing feedback and fostering professional growth.
4. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
The capability to make informed decisions, prioritize tasks, and manage Competing
demands.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and Written communication skills. The ability to
