Our client, Walker Lovell, is a prominent producer in the North American industrial and agricultural chemical sectors, catering to a wide array of markets including Agricultural, Industrial, and Mining.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and uphold Asset Care Excellence (ACE) principles, ensuring safety operations and adherence to regulations.
  • Create and manage equipment maintenance programs that exceed industry standards.
  • Evaluate maintenance expenditures and pinpoint inefficiencies to boost operational productivity.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams in Reliability Centered Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee capital project contributions and budgeting aligned with operational objectives.
  • Coordinate maintenance work orders, prioritize tasks, and minimize emergency interventions.
  • Direct Root Cause Analysis efforts, ensuring the implementation of effective corrective measures.
  • Supervise mechanical equipment maintenance beyond the Mechanical Integrity program, including inventory management and documentation.
  • Promote plant modifications to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), reliability, and process quality.
  • Formulate a reliability strategy that aligns with business objectives, emphasizing proactive maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering from an accredited 4-year program.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the Chemical/Process or Petrochemical sector.
