Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operates and manages the multi-disciplinary teams of staff in the Centralized Receiving System (CRS). CRS serves as the gateway for individuals initially seeking mental health and substance use services or transitioning from one level of care to another utilizing recovery peer specialists; care coordinators; case managers; counselors, and the like to support a welcoming No Wrong Door for the agency as a whole.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintains a professional working relationship with all persons served including a demonstrated commitment to person centered care and recovery-oriented approaches to care.

  • Oversees multiple teams within the Centralized Receiving System to include, but not limited to the 24 hour Mobil Response Team, Access Center, and Call Center.

  • Maintains the Central Receiving System is a single point of entry for assessments and appropriate assessment, triage, and placement for individuals and their families based on level of urgency.

  • Assures appropriate linkage to appropriate and available services.

  • Provides individual and group supervision/training including clinical oversight.

  • Coordinates and implements operational projects, in conjunction with Program Directors.

  • Includes developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, measure performance, and provide continual assessment and oversight to completion.

  • Maintains records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.

  • Collects and interprets data for reporting, assists with research, and produces reports as assigned.

  • Performs regular analysis for budgeting, cost control, including ongoing or presenting needs.

  • Collaborates with administrative/support departments to assist with or oversee projects that relate to Operations.

  • Assists with establishing and maintaining high quality client care standards and services at each facility.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.




MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


Masters degree in a healthcare related field; Florida licensure as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT. Five years of progressive experience in healthcare or behavioral healthcare operations and management. Experience with electronic health records; ability to use multiple computer programs including Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint.
