Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and surpass targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Provide executive-level training and leadership to team members.
  • Foster team camaraderie and accelerate the learning curve of team members.
  • Achieve unlimited earning potential and career advancement.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of successful sales/marketing experience (preferred 4-7 years).
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong desire for top-level earnings.
  • High energy, self-discipline, and goal orientation.
  • Excellent persuasive communication skills.
  • Confidence in public speaking.
  • Superior time management and organization skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Passionate about marketing and community engagement.
