**Position Responsibilities**
- Manage the four areas of Uline’s Digital Marketing group: Paid Search Campaign Management, Paid Search Analytics, Web Analytics and Customer Analytics.
- Maintain digital marketing spend balancing the value of new customer acquisition and the retention and growth of existing customers.
- Craft comprehensive reports, offering clear and understandable insights into our digital marketing strategies for executive stakeholders.
- Serve as primary contact and interpreter for Google, MSN and other paid search providers as it relates to negotiating compliance issues, product releases and vendor relations.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising and / or business. MBA **preferred.**
- 15+ years of search / internet advertising and analytics.
- 10+ years managing other managers, supervisors and staff.
- Proficient in Web Analytics and Kenshoo (Skai).
