We are looking for a digital marketing specialist to join our marketing team. This person will be responsible for managing our Salesforce Engagement Studio marketing automation software and content management. This will consist of email templates and landing pages, monitoring performance of email drip campaigns, and maintaining the content management process, organization, and assisting with growth strategy and planning.

Essential Functions:

  • Work with the sales and marketing team to create and design new content and edit existing content. Includes, but is not limited, to Google Ads, e-commerce, social media, sales materials, and training materials
  • Ensures that marketing content and materials adhere to the corporate’s brand identity guidelines and privacy policies
  • Create lead generating and customer facing email templates in Salesforce Account Engagement
  • Create landing pages and forms based on current marketing campaigns in Salesforce Account Engagement and WordPress
  • Understand, define, and write to target audiences
  • Interview subject matter experts in sales and engineering to identify opportunities and access technical information for fact-checking and accuracy
  • Using best practices, A/B testing, and modern email trends to ensure maximum deliverability, open rate, and effectiveness
  • Industry database usage and ABM list building and bounce testing
  • Develop and maintain content management process and systems
  • Work with the marketing team to develop editorial guidelines and workflow processes
  • Manage content updates and disperse them to the sales team as well as channel partners
  • Light graphic design work – proficient in adobe suite
  • Website updates and SEO
  • Maintain social media schedule and postings
  • Support Revenue Operations with Salesforce training materials for the company
  • Support Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations projects and initiatives

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position. This role uses standard equipment such as computers, filing cabinets, photocopiers, fax machines, and phones. This role operates in a professional, office environment with access to a break room for breaks and lunch.

General Requirements:

  • Familiar with SEO best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working with technical information
  • Great attention to details
  • WordPress and adobe suite experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to work independently and in a group setting
  • Shopify ang Google experience a plus
  • Comfortable learning new platforms and investigate solutions

Physical Demands:

  • While performing this position, the employee must be able to and will regularly operate a computer, keyboard, and phone
  • Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

  • This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, hours determined by supervisor

Travel:

  • Some overnight travel may be required.

Required Education and Experience:

  • 2-4 years of professional work experience in marketing automation with Salesforce Account Engagement and/or HubSpot experience, content generation, and technical writing skills
  • Previous work experience in a technical environment
  • Japanese and/or Spanish fluency is a plus
