Responsibilities
  • Learn and understand various insurance products and services.
  • Assist in prospecting and generating leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Educate clients on insurance options and tailor solutions to meet their individual needs.
  • Maintain client relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
  • Utilize technology platforms to manage client information and sales processes efficiently.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with technology and comfortable learning new software.
  • Prior sales experience is a plus but not required.A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train the right individual.
