- Project Management: Interpret drawings, identify required materials, and lead teams to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Quality Control: Conduct pressure testing and flushing of systems to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Team Leadership: Direct apprentices and junior team members to perform tasks and ensure project completion.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in plumbing, including 3 years as a Journeyman.
- Skills and Abilities: Extensive underground knowledge and experience, ability to operate excavating equipment, knowledge of measuring and testing devices, hand and power tools, basic math abilities, mechanical aptitude, and ability to read and interpret blueprints.
