Compensation:

$22 - $26 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain an organized and clean warehouse to suit inventory requirements. Moving staging inventory safely throughout the warehouse with utmost care. Maintain inventory control system (Stageforce) as well as a clean and well-organized work area.
  • Loading and Unloading: Expertise in safely loading and unloading box trucks, ensuring secure transportation of staging furniture, art, décor, and other staging items to different properties. Ensure the delivery and arrangement with the utmost care in a timely and professional manner. As we are in Phoenix, AZ you must be able to work in a warehouse environment, withstanding climate changes. 
  • Assist Logistics Team and Stagers: Collaborate with the logistics and staging team in the warehouse, home staging installations, and de-stages to ensure efficient operations. This includes wrapping and moving furniture, vacuuming, cleaning inventory once it's staged, breaking down boxes, etc. As well as packing and removal of furniture with care and efficiency.
  • Furniture Assembly and Artwork: Proficiency in assembling and wrapping furniture and hanging artwork. Precision and care to meet staging requirements and protect furniture and artwork.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift up or slightly over 100 lbs (Team Lift) while handling inventory with care to prevent damage.
  • Property Care: Ensure that homeowners' and our property are respected, safeguarded against damage, and left clean pre and post-installation.
  • Driving Responsibilities: Drive 26ft company truck as requested, adhering to safety guidelines and traffic regulations. Medical test required.
  • Truck Management: Keep company trucks clean, organized, and properly maintained for efficient use during staging installations and pickups.
  • Detail Oriented: Attention to detail and ability to work effectively with the staging team will play a vital role in our company.

  • Must be 25 years or older. 
  • Own a smartphone with an active plan (iPhone preferred but not necessary).
  • Have a valid/active Driver's License with a clean driving record plus reliable transportation to the warehouse.
  • Possess endurance with the ability to lift and carry heavy items (50+ lbs.), climb stairs, balance, and walk while working with your teammate.
  • Able to pass a drug test and a pre-employment background check.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are a must.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Capacity to follow directions and apply them accurately.
  • Flexibility to learn new tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence in driving small and medium-sized box trucks safely.
  • Willingness to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • Endurance to lift and carry heavy items (50 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, and walking.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Prior moving and warehouse organization experience is a plus.
  • Strong team management skills to lead with flair.
