Primary Services is actively recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator to support a leading company. In this role, you will help manage the flow of goods and materials from start to finish, ensuring that products reach their destination efficiently and on time. This position offers the opportunity to build on your logistics experience in a fast-paced and engaging setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive products, process orders, and prepare shipments.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain records of orders, suppliers, and customers.
  • Arrange transportation for shipments and track deliveries to ensure they are on schedule.
  • Prepare shipping documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading.
  • Assist with coordinating supply chain activities and managing shipping documentation.
  • Work to keep shipping and transportation costs down by reviewing rates and prices.
  • Schedule shifts for drivers and warehouse staff.
  • Communicate with customers to provide order updates and resolve any issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
  • Familiarity with shipping processes and documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
