- 5 years customer service experience required
- 1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare environment required
- High School diploma or GED required
- Comfortability in navigating in multiple data entry systems for review and reconciliation
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Type at least 60 words per minute
- Financial and/or Accounting data entry experience in a financial/healthcare setting highly preferred
- Able to work in a team environment
