The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and success of our various projects as well as being an integral part of the overall Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a financial professional who is looking to apply their technical skills and knowledge to support Operations personnel in a collaborative manner to deliver financial success of their projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Assist in monthly financial close processes, including the annual closing.
  • Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform general ledger account reconciliations and ensure precision.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Coordinate and support the annual audit process.
  • Review and process journal entries, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Manage fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules.
  • Maintain and improve the prepaid expense schedule.
  • Support the implementation and enhancement of accounting systems and processes.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to aid in decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve financial operations.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software; Deltek Software experience is a plus.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Our employees are the most critical part of ATCS. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, with a target 2% of the employee's annualized salary. In addition to compensation, ATCS offers outstanding, employee-focused benefits for you and your family. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits coverage on the first day of the month following their start date.
