Role Overview:


We're in search of a strategic planner that brings energy and excitement to the role. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of schedules and plans to support efficient operations within our organization. Your primary objective will be to ensure timely and effective allocation of resources, adherence to project timelines, and optimization of workflow processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including operations, project management, production, and logistics to optimize scheduling and planning activities and support organizational goals.


You will play a critical role in overseeing the creation, maintenance, and management of product Bills of Materials within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate and up-to-date BOMs that support the efficient production, procurement, and assembly of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain to optimize BOM processes and support organizational objectives.

Compensation will be competitive and based on the candidate's experience, in line with local market rates.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in scheduling, planning, or operations management roles within manufacturing, construction, logistics, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling principles, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, trends, and performance metrics.
  • Proven experience in BOM management, product lifecycle management (PLM), or related roles within manufacturing or engineering environments.
  • In-depth understanding of BOM structures, components, and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on driving results, fostering teamwork, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
