  • Assist residents with inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Complete shift reports/logs, including but not limited to deliveries, supply requests, guests log, incident reports, inventory, and maintenance requests.
  • Work with property staff, families, and community agencies to identify and address resident problems before they reach crisis proportions.
  • Work collaboratively with the property manager and other site staff to meet property needs and resolve resident challenges.
  • Attends all staff meetings, training sessions, and other appropriate meetings and conferences as required.
  • Refer residents to submit all work orders to the property management team according to the property protocol.
  • Assist with emergency work orders by ensuring on-call maintenance is the first point of contact.
  • Complete unit Inspections and welfare checks when applicable.
  • Conduct regular patrol and monitor surveillance cameras to detect and deter unauthorized activities.
  • Control access to the premises by verifying identification and ensuring compliance with security procedures.
  • Provided exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and inquiries from visitors and staff.
  • Collaborated with site security and law enforcement in emergency circumstances.
  • Assist with resident services activities by the organization and volunteers.
  • Assist with serving and maintaining food for residents.
  • Keep common areas of the building clean and free from clutter and trash debris.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Basic familiarity with technology
  • Ability to document shifts (read and write)
  • Maturity to extend self to residents needing emotional support but also draw clear boundaries for residents.
  • Flexible work hours including holidays, nights, and weekends
